The only quality that surpasses Dr. Tan’s Passion for her work is her commitment to meaningful and fulfilling outcomes for individuals and organizations. As essential and effective as Transformation is and despite its profound and prodigious impact, it remains elusive for far too many people and entities. Yet, for those who are truly receptive and committed to Culture Changing Principles and Practices, Dr. Tan is enthusiastically ready and willing to be “all in.”
Dr. Tan’s expertise is rooted in her two decades of Leadership and Learning in the areas of Change and Innovation, Talent and Leadership Development, and Data and Analytics. She has accumulate a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Finance/Accounting, Masters degrees in both Business and Counseling and Psychology, and Doctorate in Leadership. Dr, Tan currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Transformation for Equifax and resides in the greater metro Atlanta area with her husband and two children ages, 7 and 1.
